Business 'super success' tip

"In business, the higher levels of success
are dependent upon you delegating what
you are not good at. And putting forth
maximum effort on what you have a
passion for"

You've got to love that, delegating what you don't like to someone else. Sometimes of course that is not possible for everyone but what the quote talks about is the higher levels of success. So assume that you can afford to delegate the tasks you dislike.

Time becomes such a precious commodity when you are striving for high achievement. Using this method, I would think you would have time for the reallly important tasks, like...thinking and planning.

Also, with this comes FREEDOM! Freedom to really tackle what you love to do. Freedom to enjoy life. Freedom to make choices that are best for you and your family..

Ok, business school is out for the day. Make the rest of your day one big recess!

This has never worked for me. I am convinced there is a persona that slipstreams this behavior into results. I don't have that persona. I am intelligent, patient, kind blah blah blah...all the things you don't need to effectively delegate. Or, at least influence someone to accept what has been delegated. And when I do delegate people tell me I come across sounding pissed off. I'm just a nice guy trying to get some results. Evidently that is an equation that doesn't balance. Still haven't figured out a successful style that works with my personality yet I guess. My point is... I know this guy that brags about getting laid all the time. I don't admire that but I can tell he probably does...there's something about him that just makes people want to do what he says. He seems naturally happy, outgoing, fun... Some people just have it I guess.
