Getting 'high' without drugs

The latest research has found that:
Just gazing at a photograph of a loved one, can stimulate blood flow to the brain. This effect was found to reduce depression and listlessness.
Being hugged by a member of the opposite sex was found to produce a feeling of well being that lasted as long as the whole day.
Connecting with nature tends to sooth and calm people. Even just looking at images of nature while imagining warm sunshine and cool breezes had a similar effect as actually being in nature.
Laughing was found to improve mental, emotional, spirtual and social well being. As well laughing as we know has been proven to be very effective at speeding up the healing process in the sick and injured.
Letting go of negative emotions and feelings towards others was found to improve well being and even creativity. Letting go of limiting thoughts can do wonders for your quality of life.
Talking nice and avoiding negative phrases benefits the talker and the person being talked to. Using phrases like "don't slam the door" immediately creates a feeling
of tension. A better choice, might be...."please close the door gently" can achieve the same results without raising anyone's blood pressure.
"You grow up the day, you have your first real laugh....
at yourself" (Ethel Barrymore)
