Letting go...feels great!

These days so many people have bottled up feelings and hold onto anxieties that some are almost ready to explode. Feellings of resentment and jealousy are but a few of negative emotions that if held in can lead to poor health and a whole pile of unhappiness. So what's the answer?

Let it go!

"We can have freedom and happiness now. We don't have to await for it sometime in the future. Nor do we have to work hard to deserve it. We just have to learn to let go"

Letting go is something we did well as children. You often see young kids fighting and then ten minutes later they are best of friends. They instintively just let it go and so can we. We have this crazy idea that feelings have a hold on us....this is a lie! We are in control, we just forgot it.

Ask yourself, can I let this feeling go? When can I let it go? Can I do it now?

Now take a deep breath and as you exhale, let the feeling go. Feel the anxiety and tension leave your body. You may have to repeat this process several times, but with practice you will get very good at it. If the bad feeling returns, just repeat the process. Simple!

Try it, it's really good for you and it puts you in control of your life.
