What do I believe in?

I was wondering to myself, why is that so many of us live unsatisfied and unfullfilled lives?

I came to the conclusion that few people believe in anything greater than themselves. Few have ever looked inward and asked themselves...what do I believe in?/strong>em>

Before you jump to pronounce to yourself...I am a Christian, Buddist, Islamist or I believe in God, Allah or nothing at all, I ask you to try a simple experiment with me. Print off the card you see above and carry it around with you for a week. See what answers percolate up from your mind.

It's very easy to say, well, I've always believed in so and so. That's the easy answer and requires no reflection.

When you have a strong belief in something, it gives you direction and meaning, thus a life that is fullfilled and satisfied. I believe that we all need something to believe in. We need a compass for our lives.

What we believe in has incredible ramifications for our lives. For instance if you believe that, life is difficult and then you die, then you are going to respond to things much differently than someone who believes, life is meant to be fun, easy and over-flowing with abundance.

I just had this inspiration this morning, so I printed off the card and will be trying out this experiment on my myself, to see what comes up.

Smile, it looks really good on you!

You can download the card by right clicking on it and then hit...save as, give it a title and save to your desktop. Then just print it off....enjoy.

I already told you about my imminent hospital visit in another post earlier, but I went back to your blog and THOUGHT about this. Just what DO I believe?? I mean REALLY believe-- foxhole realistically and totally committed believe?? I decided to take the docs opinion and let him do whatever he liked with it. when they don't know what the problem is, they give it a 50 letter name and give you a bottle of highpriced drugs and tell you to go home and call them in the morning-- well, I decided to go with my God who says I'm healed!! Next morning, I felt GREAT-- blood pressure perfect, went out and walked for 45 minutes fast-- and have felt better every day since-- and that AFTER looking through your blog and at the miracle cards. It really IS in the mind. that's what I believe.
