If you want to be happy
for an hour, take a nap
If you want to be happy
for a day, go fishing (or shopping)
If you want to be happy
for a month, get married
If you want to be happy
for a year, inherit a fortune
If you want to be happy
for a life, help others!
If you just want to make Eduardo happy
pass this on, so that others may bask in my brillance!
(ok smartypants, I didn't make this up, its a ancient chinese proverb)

Since I started the book you gave me, and started "letting my kid out" from inside-- basically just "lightening up"- I'm finding that the REAL happiness comes PRE-INSTALLED!!
now there's a great title for an article....Happiness comes pre-installed!
