Hi Eduardo, I actually watched this on Oprah the other day and saved the show for I found it so powerful. If one doesn't get anything from Randy Pausch's message then unfortunately for them there is no hope.
This is one of those moments that makes you stop and take stock of what is really important. Are you at peace with yourself and your life accomplishments?
The old saying of "don't sweat the small stuff" really is true when you are staring death in the face.
Live life as if today may be your last.
