"you are what you eat"

There are new studies coming out every day that tell us what foods are good and bad for us. According to the authors of 'Simplify your life' eat these foods and just look at the benefits you will derive:

Strenthens muscles and brain: herring and ocean perch
Enhances memory: milk, nuts and rice
Improves mood: orange juice, paprika, soybeans, bananas
Reduce stress: cottage cheese, almonds, brewer's yeast (I hope this means drink beer)
Enhance well being: beans, peas, tofu
Helps sleep: bread, noodles
Social skills: lobster, wheat germ
Stengthens the immune system: garlic
Increase sexual desire: oysters, morels, pulse (peas, beans lentils)
Protects agains heart disease, cancer: Red Wine (one glass for women, two for men)

Ain't it amazing how when you simplify things, it all gets better? That proves life is SUPPOSE to be easy and fun! On the clutter article, clearing clutter makes you thinner, and helps you really think better- improves everything. Eating like this is simplifying the process-- instead of overprocessing the food and doing all kinds of weird stuff to it, just eat whole foods-natural foods without processing at all when possible, and we get healthier--AND we save time and energy processing it. Everything comes back to the life is fun--if you simplify!! Great!!
