Live to be 100 or more and have fun doing it!



Quick amigos, look over the list and see if you qualify for a longer life. As long as you do the following items daily you qualify;

*don't smoke (this alone accounts for 80% of the added longevity)
*drink moderately
*eat five servings of vegetables and fruit
*exercise

That's it! Simple and you still get to have all the fun your little heart can stand. A recent British study found overwhelming evidence to support the theory that these simple and easy changes can add 14 years onto your life. Now that's great news, I'll be writing and holidaying for many, many years to come.

And there is more....if you take Vitamin D (the sunshine vitamin) you can add a few more years on this planet. Personally, I take mine the old fashioned way...laying in the sun (with my moderate amount of ice cold cervesa) on a beach in Mexico.

The obvious thought that comes to my mind, is that if I'm going to be around till I'm a hundred years of age, I want to be fit, healthy and enjoying myself. I've got that figured out as well. I'll just keep playing games (like squash and beach volleyball) to keep fit and healthy. As for the enjoying myself....well, I can't share everything with you now can I?
