Daily Blessing (a poem by Gracie)
I hope your day is full of joy
And that you spread it all about,
And I hope not one person you meet
Walks away from you with a frown.
I hope every thought you think today
Has a smile tucked neatly inside,
So you can just pull it right out
To give to whoever you find.
After such a wonderful day that I know you are sure to have,
I hope you take some time for you
And remember all you've had.
Be grateful for all your friends
And for the family that you have.
Be glad for your time spent in loving and being loved by them.
Don't forget to thank the Creator
For all that He has made.
And remember you are part of that and so are divinely made.
Oh, and just one more thing...
Know I am your friend, though many miles away,
And when I lay down my head I will thank my Creator
For you.

Wow Ed, I didn't expect that! I made me cry that you actually liked it enough to put it on your blog. It was very sweet of you.
May I ask who Jared is? I read some of the entries and they are quite good but a much different style from your writing.
