The truth is both simple and clear

I finished reading a book of 400 pages that is all about one idea, I think to myself...is the author trying to teach or is he preaching. I'm thinking if it takes that long to make a point, maybe you don't understand it that well in the first place. The truth should be simple and clear. As Leonard da Vinci said...'simplicity is the ultimate sophistication'

Also the more complicated anything becomes, the greater the opportunity for it to get screwed up. Just think about governments. It's common to make the simple complicated , but it takes genius to make complicated simple.

I only have so much brain power to work with (insert your joke here) and my time is too valuable to waste with the long winded fellow. And I don't attribute intelligence to verbosity. This isn't a classroom, it's life and life is meant to be fun, easy and abundant...not hard and boring...

Ok, my little rant is over and I feel better because I just remembered this...
